Shipping and delivery

 

When you order online, it is quite handy to know when your order will be delivered. It could also be the case that you bought something as a gift and would like to change the delivery address. Read the answers to the questions you might have about deliveries below.

Can my order be delivered at a different address than the billing address?

Of course! On our check-out page you are able to change the delivery address. After filling the billing address you can tick the checkbox 'verzenden naar hetzelfde adres'. A new box appears where you can fill the alternative address.

Can I check the status of my order's delivery? 

When we hand over your order to PostNL, you'll receive an e-mail from PostNL with a track-and-trace code in it. By clicking this link you are able to follow the status of delivery within The Netherlands and Belgium.

 

When will my order be delivered?

  • Delivery within the Netherlands
    It takes 1-5 days for an order to be processed. Once we send it, you will receive an email and from that point, it might take 1 to 5 days to receive it at home.

         Free delivery for orders above 35 euro

  • Delivery outside of the Netherlands: 
    It takes 1-5 days for an order to be processed. For delivery outside of The Netherlands you should count on delivery within 2 to 20 workdays.

         EU: free delivery for orders above 60 euro

         US: free delivery for orders above 120 euro
