Exchange and return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your received product, something is wrong with your order or something is damaged, we ask you to always contact our customer service. We can then work with you to find the best solution.

Order incomplete or wrong product received?

Is your order incomplete or did you receive the wrong products? Please contact our customer service. In that case we will of course still send you the missing / correct products free of charge.

Order damaged?

Unfortunately, it can happen that the package is damaged during transport. Contact our customer service and, if possible, take photos of the damage. We can refund the purchase price or send a replacement product.

Are there any costs associated with returns?

For whom the costs of returning a product depend on the reason for return. Therefore, please consult our customer service.

Until when can I return a product?

You have the right to return a product within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the product or products. To return one or more products, you must let us know by means of an unambiguous statement (for example by e-mail). In this case, the shipping costs for returning are for your own account.

Can I also return products from the sale?

Personalized or sale products cannot be returned.
